Throughout this site the terms 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to the Christmas tree lady.

Anyone who purchases a product or service
from CTL agrees to the terms of our Returns
& Refund Policy and Delivery Policy.

Refund Policy

We hold a NON-REFUNDABLE pre-order deposit and delivery fee policy.

CTL does not accept any returns or offer any
refunds in relation to its products or services
except, at its absolute discretion, in the
following circumstance:

1. The product has been damaged by us
rendering it unusable.

Returns or refunds will be considered
on a case by case basis, however CTL reserves its rights at all times to rely on this policy to refuse a return or refund.

Please note we will not consider returns or
refunds where you have failed to follow our tree care instructions.

By accepting the tree upon your delivery from the driver, you agree you are satisfied with your tree at the point of handover and therefore no refund will be approved after your tree has been delivered. You can choose to refuse your tree on the spot upon your delivery if it does not fulfill your expectations, however this must be made aware upon your delivery and the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit fee + delivery fee still applies. 

We cannot guarantee the longevity of any tree due to it being a naturally grown product, nor can we guarantee the most ‘perfect’ symmetrical shape, as the trees are just that, real.
We can however, guarantee that every single tree is sourced fresh from the tree farm within a timely manner of your delivery/collection and is safely handled during transit.

If you are not home for delivery
Please send us instructions on where to leave your tree.
It is preferable that we leave the tree in a safe
and secure area in the shade. If you could
provide a bucket of water for the tree that would be ideal too.
If no one is home and we have no instructions
we will not accept any responsibility for
consequences of leaving the tree unattended

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your
order at any time for certain reasons, including
but not limited to: product or service
availability, errors in the description or price of
the product or service, error in your order or
other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your
order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal
transaction is suspected.

Images
All photographs, images and graphics shown on our website and platforms are for content reference only. All Trees supplied will vary in appearance due to being a naturally grown product.

Payment
-All pricing is in full Australian dollars
-We accept payment via Cash, Bank transfer and Pay pal
-Payment for your tree and delivery fee must be paid for in full prior to your delivery date if no one will be home during delivery hours.
A non-refundable upfront deposit is required to be paid at point of all pre-order purchases. 
NO trees orders will be held or accepted without a deposit secured.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery
Our delivery fee is NON REFUNDABLE once your tree has been delivered to your nominated address.
We do not deliver to all areas and reserve the right to refuse delivery
Should we be unable to deliver to your nominated address, you are welcome to visit our local pick and collect location. 
We do not accept responsibility for damage to your tree and/or any damage your tree may cause after it has been delivered.

Our delivery driver does not install the tree.

Our driver is not responsible for transporting your tree up multiple flights of stairs and high rise buildings. You must ensure easy access if delivery is requested to a high rise building.
You may change the delivery date, or alter the specifications provided we have notice one day before your schedule delivery date and only if we can accommodate to your request.

PICK UP TREE STALL 

The tree stall runs on a first in, first served basis. No holds. No walk ins. 
A non-refundable deposit applies to all pre-orders.
